Pre ordered and paid for Luton van 3 weeks prior to pick up, I was contacted 15 mins before picking up the vehicle and was informed it was not available.No other same size vehicle available, only similar vehicle but smaller capacity ,very poor communication and no other options available, complete lack of customer support/ service from this company. I have used Intack several times in the last 2 years. This resulted in me having to make two return journeys to Devon at double original costs to me because of smaller vehicle.Lack of interest from Intack Self Drive ,vote with your feet and use a reliable company instead !
Intack response: Dear Mr RobinsonWe are surprised and disappointed with the poor review you have left us given the true circumstances.We took the booking for a Luton van from you in good faith however we noticed from the vehicle tracker before you were due in that the company who had it before you were not going to be back in time for yourself, unfortunately we have to rely on vehicles being back on time for the next rental.We rang to discuss this with you and although we didnt have a direct replacement we offered you the slightly smaller 4.3m Jumbo van with a good discount which you accepted. On returning the vehicle you didnt mention having to do the journey twice, and we note from the tracker our vehicle only went to Devon once, so assuming you got one from somewhere else for the second journey you didnt give us an opportunity to help you with that to compensate you further.Its disappointing therefore that you have chosen to leave us a poor review however its your choice and it will sit alongside the many excellent reviews we have built over the last near 50 years renting vehicles in Blackburn.

great service. Price was very competitive and much cheaper than nationwide rental companies. Car was clean and easy to collect and drop off.

My company, UKSS Live Ltd, have been hiring vans from Intack Van Hire for quite some time now.The vans are always clean and tidy on collection and have been 100% reliable in use.The team at their base in Blackburn are always friendly and helpful, communication is great too.The other hire companies, whether local or national, pale into insignificance when compared with Intack Van Hire.We would recommend them to you without question.Keep up the great work.

I Took 2 cars over the space of about a month. Good reliable new cars, the hirer took care to mark any and all damage before hand so you don't get taken for it. The service was quick and efficient with great prices. Very much recommended.
