Can I rent a car using cash only?

Unfortunately not, we do require card payments in the driver’s name for the deposit and ideally hire fees.

Is insurance necessary to rent a car?

Yes, insurance is mandatory for all car rentals to ensure they are legal on the road. We offer a variety of insurance options at competitive rates so you can choose which option fits you best. What’s more, we provide a Collision Damage Waiver to help lower your initial deposit. If you can use your own comprehensive insurance, we’ll offer you a 20% discount on your daily car hire!

What documents are required to rent a car?

To rent a car from us, you will need a valid photocard driving licence. If you still have an older paper licence, you’ll also need a valid form of photo ID (such as a passport) and a credit or debit card. Returning customers must provide at least one proof of address (such as a credit card statement, bank statement, or utility bill) dated within the last three months. New customers, or those who have changed addresses since their last rental, need to provide two proofs of address.

What if I return the rental car early?

If you return your car early, you will not be charged for any unused days and you’ll receive a refund for the days left on your booking. If you have any questions, feel free to call our hire team for more details!
