Can I rent a car with only cash?
Unfortunately, at Intack we don’t accept cash payments are not accepted for car rentals. Similar to most car hire providers, we’ll need card payments in the driver's name for both the deposit and hire charges.
Do I need insurance to rent a car?
Yes. Just as with driving any other car on the roads, insurance is legally required for taking out one of our vehicles. We offer a variety of insurance coverage options at competitive rates, allowing you to choose the option that best fits your needs. What’s more, we provide a Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) which can lower your initial deposit. Alternatively, if you decide to use your own fully comprehensive insurance, we offer further benefits such as a 20% discount on your daily hire rate!
What do I need to hire a rental car?
You’ll need a couple of key documents to rent a car from us, starting with a valid Photocard licence. If you possess an old paper licence, you’ll also need to provide a valid photo ID (such as a passport) and a valid credit or debit card. If you’re a returning customer, you’ll need to also present at least one proof of address (e.g., credit card statement, bank statement, or utility bill) dated within the last three months. On the other hand, if you’re a new customers, or you’ve relocated since their your rental with us, you’ll need to provide two proofs of address. It’s all fairly straightforward!
What happens when I bring a rental car back early?
If you return your rental car before the agreed-upon date, we’ll make sure to give you a refund for any full days that were unused. If you’ve got any other questions about early returns, our hire team is always on hand to provide any more detailed answers you might need.
