Can I rent a car with only cash?

No. Like many car hire providers, we only accept card payments in the driver's name for the deposit and hire charges.

Do I need insurance to rent a car?

It's no surprise that every car hire requires insurance to be legal on the roads. We offer various insurance cover options at great rates, so you can choose the option that best suits your circumstances. What's more, we provide a Collision Damage Waiver, which can reduce your initial deposit. If you’re able to use your own fully comprehensive insurance to rent a car, we offer extra incentives, such as a 20% discount on your daily hire car!

What do I need to hire a rental car?

Before renting a car from us, please ensure that you have a valid Photocard licence. If you have an old paper licence, you will also need a valid photo ID (such as a passport) and a valid credit or debit card. If you are a returning customer, you will also need at least one proof of address (such as a credit card statement, bank statement, or utility bill) dated within the last three months. If you are a new customer or have moved since your last rental with us, you will need to provide two proofs of address.

What happens when I bring a rental car back early?

We won’t charge you for the days you haven't used, so if you return your vehicle early you will receive a refund on any full days that you had left on your booking. If you have any questions, feel free to ask for more details when you speak with a member of our hire team.
