I've used Intack a few times when I've needed a van for moving house or while I've been renovating. Always a really quick check in process, vans are a always clean, drop off done quickly and all friendly staff.Price is usually cheaper than anywhere else local.

I've been using Intack alot while I've been renovating my house, check in is usually quick and easy.Reduced my rating recently after a bad experience being told that I'd filled the tank to "full" but it has to go over full. Seemed pretty petty and nowhere does it state that in the agreement. Was charged extra to fill it beyond the fill line. Emailed to discuss it as I was in a rush on the day but email was ignored.Prices used to be cheapest but other companies much cheaper.

Ive used Intack Hire well, since they were at Intack with Mike Pilkington running the show. Very accommodating, helpful and friendly. Nothing too much trouble. Great cars. Super prices. Ace service. Gets a 10 from me.

Had a VW Transporter on long term hire now (over 6 years) and the service has never dropped below amazing!The van gets serviced and swopped out every 12 months (with exception of covid and issues with new vehicles) and everytime nothing is a problem.Hats off to you all, 11/10 every time.Highly recommended,­Chris.

Couldn't fault any part of the process! Had to hire a car for a long weekend trip in Scotland, my own electric car couldn't get there without a 2nd charge, and couldn't get back without 2 further charges, so a hire car it was! From walking through the door on Thursday afternoon to be greeted with a cheery "Hello, how can I help you,?" To returning the car early on Tuesday morning to get all the returns checks done before the office opened, couldn't fault anything , if I needed a hire car, would definitely use them again.

I have a vw transporter on long term lease brand new. If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Customer services is incredible. I did have my own van which kept breaking down and as a carpet cleaner it's important I have a van that gets me from job to job. Ring intack when I got to point of running out of options as vans are so expensive to buy second hand and all have problems. I ring intack. 4 days later I have a brand new van and they let me sign it up for my business. Thank you to you all at intack self drive for getting me back on road. Will definitely recommend to family and friends
